to the first answerer it doesnt matter. is it healthy....yes and no. if you have high cholesterol then it does matter. if you are eating them for the protein and are very active then no it doesnt matter. i eat 5 every morning with my grits and etc.

your lists have a lot of things that are high in carbs...are you working out a lot??? to burn all those carbs? i dont think you need to go to such an extreme. you dont have to be 100% healthy. your body needs something not so healthy every once in a while. good luck though.
