you could have a break fluid leak or you need new calipers
i had the same problem and it turned out the piston on my caliper came out and was causing my breaks to be spongy
i was under my car today inspecting the transmission and i noticed at the end of the transmission there was this really greasy area that looked like it was leaking but im not sure, there was no leaks on the driveway and ive never noticed a leak on the ground, so im not 100% sure if this a leak...
