In April of this year we are having an increase in sales tax and the registration fee in California, how much of an increase is it? And if I were to buy a car that was say $10,000 how much more would it be to buy it in April rather then March?
Yep im gonna say you had it right when you mentioned the speed. If you were to give it more gas before letting out the clutch it probaly wont shake and rattle. First gear is the hardest gear to due smoothly because its from a stop.

I own a 97 Honda Civic 5 Speed manual, there is a noise coming from the car I was thinking it was coming from the rear but now im thinking it may be from the front its hard to tell, or it might even be coming from both I just cant tell. I don't hear it all the time only in lower gears at low...
