Why not make simple and quick meat loaf w all of these. :)
Mix well and bake at 400 for about 40 minutes. :)
Add salt and pepper.
Soy sauce.
OR garlic.
One egg if possible.
You don't need to caramelize brown sugar, prior to adding meat.
However, some people like to toast all spices, before anything else, since it releases their natural oils in this fashion.
And some, prefer to add spices at tend of cooking. :)
I prefer the first two.

Roast chicken w vegs.
Whole chicken, washed and rinsed.
Oven on 350 to pre-heat.
Cut root veg - I like carrots, parsnips, turnips, celery, potatoes...
Place vegetables around chicken n roast, 20 min per pound.
You may put oil, butter or dressing on chicken to baste. :) Juice is also good...
There was always something about him I did not like/appreciate.

I just stocked up on these for 35 cents per pound.
Peppers last, but cook first and then freeze. Otherwise, fresh for five or six days, in fridge, to keep crunchy factor. :)
