Hi i have a Toshiba laptop with Vista on it, and the internet on it normally works fine, but the internet is broken!
I am using a Belkin router and my ISP is Tiscali. I'm on my pc at the moment and the internet on here is working fine.
But on my laptop upstairs there's a icon on the bottom right...
