Almost all new vehicles headlights will turn off automatically after 10 minutes as well as any other lights you may have left on.Your Ford may be to old to have this feature but just be sure you shut off the lights before exiting the vehicle.

The Sahara is top of the line while the Sport is next then the low end is the SE.The only difference really is the trim and standard equipment,the straight 6 was standard on the Sahara and Sport but an option on the SE.I would get only the straight 6 and manual trans,it has a better resale value.

Try a clay bar and then wax,you can get a kit with the bar,spray mist and wax at Auto Zone.This will give the paint a wet look and should make a big difference.Then maybe add some pin strips or other accessories to the truck.
It should be an easy install,what part do you need help with?To remove the stock air box loosen the air intake tube and disconnect the sensor then lift the air box straight up.This will require a little muscle but should come right off.I would think the new air intake would bolt right on.
I don't believe rain will hurt it,but I wouldn't sprray water right into it.I have gotten caught a few times in the rain with no top and never had any problems with my radio or any electrical equipment in my Wrangler.
