you could turn it up yourself pretty easy and or throw some more hydro-fluid in the reservoir because that can also cause low power.

is it a diesel? if its not try putting in some more and pump it while u try to start it. dont pump it too much though, you dont wanna flood it.

in might be the fuel pump of fuel filter. another thing you may want to check is the carb.
