im thinking about getting this phone. it says it has t9 for texting, but i wouldnt have to use that right? like, i could just use the normal texting without the t-9?

so im on my mom's plan or whatever with cingular, and i dont think our contract is up for like, at least a year. but i wanted to switch and be on my dad's plan, he also has cingular. would i still have to pay a huge termination fee even if im switching to another cingular plan? i mean im not...
