Are you still within that month? Has it updated yet? Does this data usage come from the my Verizon app or from the usage section on the iPhone under settings? If you are using wifi it doesn't count towards cellular data usage which is over verizon's lte/CDMA network.

I hate LG. that's. a typical low on storage space error. They don't come with a lot of on board storage. All I can say is start deleting apps, contacts, photos, etc. transfer them to SD card. Free up space and the issue will take care of itself. I see that all the time.

Depends in the data plan. If its a $30 2 gb plan it would be just a $10 charge. It rounds it up to 3 gb. If its a basic phone with pay as you go data service then it's $1.99/ mb. It rounds up to the nearest whole mb. On share everything if you go over it rounds up to next and charges $15
For an iPhone 5 with a 2 year contract for 16gb it should be around $199. Otherwise you are paying too much money. The 4 is free and 4s should be 99$ with 2 yr contract.
