I had a look round various websites, and it seems the postcomm website advises us to complain directly to Royal Mail which essentially makes Postcomm another useless government organisation.

I got it today and it was already pre-charged. I've ran the battery down to less than 20% (into the red) and it has been charging for 20 mins. Should I leave it a couple of hours or overnight. I know the indicator will probably say 'fully charged' soon, but I've heard it's best to ignore that...
