Is there anyway I can connect my phone to 2006 opel vectra. There doesn't seem to be phone settings on settings tab but there is the phone settings on the steering wheel?

I've unsynced all the music from my iPhone but there is still 754.6MB Audio showing in iTunes on my PC although there is no files in the phone's iTunes... what would these files be and how can I get rid of them?
