ok, heres what i did. i woke up at around 6:00 A.M. and at around 7:00 when my mom comes in to wake me up, i pretended to wake up screaming "HES GOING TO KILL ME!!" she looked really confused and i screamed

I know that if a cat gets a URI it can become a carrier. But if it's vaccinated against the URIs it can still get them, just supposedly less severely. So if my vaccinated cat gets a URI can she still be a carrier?
