I have a macbook pro, and when i convert all of my music to the mac, it only adds the mp3 files into itunes, while the wma files dont show up in the library. how can i force itunes to convert the wma files to AAC?

the new IE8 is buggy as sin...i have no idea why i bothered installing it.....is there a way i can revert back to 7? it doesnt show up in the program list in control panel....am i doomed? should i just go to firefox untill IE8 is fixed?
