I am wondering if there is a product out there that makes any internet connection wireless. i am a college student that is limited to using my laptop hooked up to the internet using a cable. Is there a product out there. Something cheap? And if so how do I install it?

Me and some of my friends were playing football and one of them hit me in the eye with his fist. I was fine then but about a few hours later, it started to swell and when i woke up this morning, it was pretty close to swollen shut. I need to get the swelling down by tonight. any suggestions?
