I need to burn some ISOS at speed 2x, thing is that nero and other programs only show me as slowest 4x. I have a external USB Burner that burns under 1x. Is there some software that i can limit the Burningspeed?

I got myself now a special type of Memory Card that can read Backups, but the problem is that the Game Isos need to be patched in order to work. I dont get a working ISO file whatever programm I use: Nero, DVD Decrypter, ISOBuster. ISObuster actually made a Patchable file, but the PS2 rejected...
