    im of african descent with a short wrap hair style and find it hard to excercise...

    dont wrap your hair when you work out..let it breathe...sweating for us sucks..ruins curls and perms...just wear your hair as it is when you work out..will produce less sweat...im just getting in to working out and my hair was driving me crazy at first....now since i keep it in a pony tail...
