What type of program would I need to use to make the Android OS to run on Windows. It must be able to things like send sms and go on the internet etc.

This is because all of the data used on your blackberry is rerouted tro the blackberry servers and facebooks uses a lot of data and because Facebook sometimes just loads slow because many people are on it at the same time.
