I have wondered if he was for the last year, but now he has told me I dont know how to handle it.

I have this phone which is locked to the 3 network but I want to have it unlocked so I can use Orange. I have taken it to a couple of places in town but they told me they didn't have the software to unlock it.
Has anyone any suggestions on unlocking this phone or how to do it.
