Hello, I have bought and rooted my Lg Optimus Zone to make the wifi hotspot work, well it still didn't work. So I've decided to install a custom rom, but can't find any on Google, or Yahoo, So I need your help comment links or how to get the hotspot working.

Could just be the wiper motor fuse. WHO told you it was the motor burnt out? I ask because the motor itself can be tested and you probably wasted your money on that.
Things have to be tested to find the problem, anything else is guesses and that gets expensive.
You could try using 'google translate' or one of the other online translators out there...if you just want to make something quick on the fly. They might have Hebrew, but may not likely have Aramaic?
If your AC system needs refrigerant, then you have a leak. There is no guessing about that because an AC system is a closed system and refrigerant doesn't get "used up" or go low unless you have a leak.
