wallpapers in settings turned black? I know you can re-jailbreak it to SSH into it but there currently is not a jailbreak for IOS 6.1.3. Any way to change the wallpapers back to the correct picture? Also I have tried resetting it but it has not worked

I tried everything , i went to my setting disabled it and force stop and then enabled it again , it just keeps saying , unfortunately google play has stopped and service error , hellppp
