    I am currently trying to lose some weight, and started by eating a real

    healthy diet ( veggies fish, chicken,? fruits, all the good stuff) I never excercise before , and just plan to walk 1 hr 30 minutes a day. Is this helpful for me losing the weight? THANKU!

    Lately I've been dieting very healthy, and have lost weight. Eating...

    ...chicken, fruits, veggies, etc.? However, I have lost somewhat of an apetite, and now I kind of just crave cereal. Will I gain weight If i eat cereal for lunch once in a while? THANKS
