i'm using the env2 when i use "0000", it says: "A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket had already been shut down in that direction with a previous shutdown call." anyone have any suggestions?

i got the env2 yesterday, and i went on its internetbrowser, and it works. except, i didn't pay for the browser... i only got the most basic plan (limited minutes, and text) what's the deal? (i've only been on facebook, and google. this other website said it didn't work, and it said $0.50 will...
