What are some of the best Divx/Xvid Rippers?

I am looking for a ripper program in which I can set my output size, rather then just choosing my output quality.

Thanks for any help!
To Colanth- I'm not trying to rip a Divx, I'm trying to rip a dvd into Divx/xvid format.
