right so i downloaded a video through limewire which says it is an xvid file but i dont have the codec. i could use complete instructions on what to do because im a bit useless. how can i watch the video and any direct links would be appreciated (:
also im not the administrator on my computer and need a password for most downloads if you can find me a link that doesnt need that it would be great (:
theres a very good codec called k-lite media 123 just google it and it should show up ( im at school so everything is blocked if u message me , i could send u a link later or the file itself) u download the codec just install, and ur windows media player should play about everything, thats what i use, or u can download VLC media player that doenst need any codec and plays about anything
