Best program to convert dvd's to Divx files?

I've been using Corel DVD to convert my southpark dvds into Divx files to put them on my PS3 as individual episodes. It's a brutally slow program. I just upgraded to W7, and was going to re-install Corel but I thought I'd see if any one knows anything better. Has to remain DVD quality and be able to convert the episodes individually, not just by the whole disc.

If the program is free or has a trial edition that's a plus, and the ability to do videos for a zune would be great. I also use Slysoft AnyDVD so copy protection isn't an issue.
