Need a divx-xvid codec for jet audio in windows 7 64bit?

Need a divx-xvid codec for jet audio in windows 7 64bit.
i installed jet audio 7 but it uses it's own codec i think and quality is not good i installed ffdshow and k-lite codec mega pack but it's still that way.
anyone had that problem in 7 64bit?
how can i fix this?
