The free media player VLC will play that and most anything downloaded:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

If you cannot find the content, then a right-click on the torrent and selecting "Open Containing Folder" will show its location.

usually there is a download folder in the my documents folder (check both of them) were all your torrent operators downloads are kept. If it is a movie it should be in .avi, or another movie format and be viewable from any movie player.
