Its an .avi file that is encoded with the XVID codec. Download a XVID codec and double click on the .avi file to watch it. If all else fails, download the standalone VLC Player; that'll definitely play it.
NOTE: I'm gonna assume that you 'acquired' this. Scene rules are that each part of a .rar file must be 14,649KB big, and will probably end in [filename].rXY where XY are numbers 0-9. You must have WinRAR to open these files, and extract the file within to first be able to watch w/e you have 'acquired'.
Extra Information:
R5 means the video source is from 'Region 5'. Studios release these movies in R5 territory (such as Russia) to beat the 'pirates' in releasing a good copy of the specified movie. The R5 movies are generally just the movie itself; no menus, no subtitles, different audios, etc, which are common to DVDs. Pirates take the R5 video source, and get rid of the audio (because it is not in English), and take an audio feed from previous releases and mux it together. This is why sometimes, you have great video, but crappy audio.
Anyway, have fun watching the film!
