How can i play a TS.XviD file ?

i have a programme called XVid;-) version 2.2 and all that happens is it plays the sound from the video but no picture, and the same works when i play it on the Windows Media player and Quick Time player also. What am i doing wrong ? how can I play TS.XviD files ????
