Easiest way to remove second language audio track from divx/xvid avi movie?

There must be a very simple method to delete a second language
track from a movie. I searched for four days to find a simple way
to hardcode subtitles into divx or xvid avis and found it: AviAddx Subs. (And, it is a freeware app)! I know there must be some program like that for doing simple editing like second audio track removal without having to invest time and energy into
an older app. Anyone know a solution to this?

    Thank you.
