I used to watch movies on watch-movies.net for free but now this site is asking me to install these plug ins and things. Does anyone else (in the uk) use this site and know what these things are and whether they are safe or know of a site where I can just click on the movie and watch it for free like I used to on watch-movies.net?

activex is like flash where it can let you actually PLAY the video. x-vid is a codec that makes the video a video. (in other words it compresses the video from raw footage to an end movie)
