My husband currently suffers a lot of back pain. The pain is something he lives with every day. Although he isn’t a journal keeper, he told me he sometimes speaks to his back pain. Today spend some time writing in your journal from the point of view of your pain/illness/problem. Give this pain/illness/problem a voice and let it speak to you about what is going on. You may like to
dialogue with the pain/illness/problem, too, but I’ll leave that up to you.
