If you are a regular journal writer you may have already figured out what the most important thing is about your life. If you haven’t, your journal is a great place to discover this. For this journal writing challenge decide what the most important thing for you is. It doesn’t matter if this is really the ultimate priority in your life. Just make a choice and use that thing for this exercise. Now spend some time writing as if that thing doesn’t really matter to you at all.
