What is Verizon Wireless' Return or exchange policy?
I have the orange enV from Verizon i got it at the very end of December and the two stickers are not red, it turns red when wet. But lately it has been freezing up. Can i get a new phone or would i have to pay?
You can't return the phone to the store but you can exchange the phone under warranty. As long as you say the water indicators are not red the warranty is still valid. Make sure there is no physical damage as well, like huge knicks or scrapes. They won't replace the phone if it has physical damage or any other damage.
Just take the phone to the store you bought it from and tell them the situation. They will set you up with a warranty claim. Verizon will send you a refurb phone and you send yours back to the company. This is completely free and shouldn't cost you anything at all. This usually all takes place within a week.
Your phone has a 1 year warranty. If there is no liquid or physical damage on the phone, take it to the VerizonWireless store. The store technician will look at the phone and replace it if needed.
