please help everytime i tryo to connect it says QA913. I have tried asking Verizon but they are just frustrated easily because im not a computer whiz so i dont know how to follow their fancy instructions anyone, please help me. What Do i do??
QA913, *what dat is"? lol please help before it disconnects again, or becomes dormant.
Your wireless card has an open session somewhere. You need to contact verizon and have them reset the card. If they dont know how, ask for some one competant.
