Verizon free stuff codes?

I have been with Verizon for over 3 years, I have signed up online to receive emails as it states you will recieve codes for free stuff. I have never yet got a code! Has anyone ever got a verizon code for free stuff and if so how, what is it I need to do???? Thank you!
