Verizon FIOS TV vs. Comcast Digital Cable???

Im thinking about getting verizon soon and I was wondering how it compares to Comcast. Does anyone know anything about its DVR or On Demand?? And does it have the program guide on the bottom of the screen like Comcast?

Also, if you had Comcast and switched to Verizon (or have used both)...any comments...which did you like better??
