I'm 24 now.. when i was 18, I stole some makeup from walmart.. and it went on my record.... pretty much f'd up a lot of stuff for me after that.. I was a stupid kid, and I've regretted it for the past 6 years... I know after 7, it doesnt even come up on the background check anymore..
Anyways, I really would hate to even go to this interview, if they wouldn't hire me because of that.. it would be completely humliating, I think.
Any ideas? I've had this problem so many times in my life.. I don't wanna sit through 5 interviews, if it will be pointless ....
