I have to agree with AT&T. I have been with them for years. Never had any problems. They educate me every time I get a new phone, literally from bottom to top! Whenever I walk into the store, they are alaways there to answer my questions and help me with whatever I'm there for. I used to be a Verizon customer until I realized how ridiculous I was being treated! AT&T has got customer service DOWN as far as I'm concerned! And they're the only company that offers rollover minutes too.

I have AT&T...never had any problems with service,plans or otherwise,and when I couldnt figure out a few things on my phone,they walked me thru,with lots of patience

I have t-mobile and i don't think they have that good of service.(the only reason i have t-mobile is becuase they have the sidekick) The rest of my family has AT&T and I find that they have better service!

I have a Sprint Phone, a Virgin Mobile, and an AT&T from work...

I prefer the Virgin Mobile Pay-as-you-go.

It's cheap , reliable, and I don't like to talk much on the phone......

Sprint, actually. I never use up all my minutes each month and can call my husband for free anytime and anyone else free after 7 and on weekends. I don't have trouble getting service all over the country.
