can i unlock my verizon phone to at&t?

i recently got a blackberry storm from verizon. but i want to unlock it so it could work with at&t or tmobile! do you guys think it's going to work? or what should i do?

umm it's not going to work cuz im with t-mobile right now and i want a phone but it;s under verizon sso i asked my cousin cuz he works for t-mobile he said it won't work at all unless you which your plan.
