Problems activating my new Verizon phone?
Ok, My mom and I were eligible for updates on September 21,2009. So we ordered our phones. Today, we tried to activate them and It said" Unable to activate/program your phone at this time...blahblahblah" I got far enough for it to say there is one last step, hangup, call again, and choose option 1. However, when I did so, I got that message.
What can I do to activate it. Or what is the problem. The phones were purchased from the verizon site.
-Our cycle ends September 26, and it is officially Sep. 27.
What is the problem?
could we owe money or something?
