im thinking on buying the samsung omnia by verizon?

thinking of buying a phone and i saw the samsung omnia and i was thinking of getting it and i saw that it had wifi... would i have to pay for wifi or is it free like if u go to a cafe and it has wifi would verizon charge me for using it?
