I just received my new replacement phone in the mail from Verizon. Can i sell this

phone without activating it? My old phone broke and Verizon sent me a new phone.I shipped my old phone back to them.

I had already replaced the broken phone with another one before Verizon sent me a new one.
I do not need the new phone. Is there anything i need to do to the new replacement phone before reselling it?It has never been activated and i want to make sure the buyer has no problems with it.Can i just sell it and thats that or do i need to do something to it first before someone else can get some use out of it?Thanks.
