i have warinty on my phone verizon env 2 its scratched up and i want a new one...
...so i can use a case ........? is it ok to brake it or dunk it into water then return it or will the fall for it

I would read the warranty carefully. Make sure they cover water damaged phones before you send it swimming!!

Warranties only cover manufacturer defects and craftsmanship. Dunking it in water will only make you buy a new phone at full price.
