How do I transfer my Verizon contacts to my new Yahoo account?

The Transfer Procedure That Yahoo Has Does Not List Verizon As One Of The Domain Names That I Can Transfer From. Don't Understand Why Yahoo Doesn't Recoginize Verizon As A Valid Domain Name.
