Thread: How do I change my voicemail message with a Samsung Verizon SCH-A990? I can't

find the option to do so.? I'm looking to re-do my voicemail message, however I can't find the option in the voicemail center to do that. Unfortunately the manual doesn't offer any help in this area, since it just tells you how to set up the voicemail account.

dial "star 611" it will offer the option that your looking for. You can also call yourself, when voice message starts, hit the pound sign # and it will prompt you through as well. this is called going in thru the back door.
either way will work.
