I just plugged in my phone's USB cable with the Blitz plugged in and everything. My computer can't find the "necessary software". First of all, how CAN I get the "necessary software", and second of all, once I do that, how can I get pictures from my computer to my phone? How about music as well?
I really appreciate it if you answer. Thanks so much.

MUSIC:
You can plug in your Blitz via the USB cord provided at purchase. Once you have done that it all is simple from there. You can download your music two ways:

1) Before you do anything get on your phone and click Menu> Media Center> 1. Music & Tones> 5. Sync Music

Manual: Open your My Computer Folder on your PC click on V Cast Mobile Phone- External Memory and drag your music into the music Folder.

or

Automatic: Open your Windows Media Player or Itunes and find the Sync to Device tab. Drag music and begin sync. (Note: MP4 which is most itune music may not work, you will want MP3 songs)

PICTURES/MY SOUNDS/VIDEOS etc..:

You'll need a mini SD card and a mini SD card adapter (depending on your computer USB or large SD adapter, both are available just about anywhere)

Plug in your SD adapter into your computer and manually get into your My Computer Folder as if you would for your phone. Drag in.

or Your computer will automatically bring up a window with options to view file folder or sync with a music player etc.... its about the same as with the music options. Only this time your phone does not need to be attached to your computer.

*Note: some pictures may say you exceed available space when trying to use them as contact ID's or future picture taking. I suggest you ask your local Verizon for the complicated instructions on that issue.
