Yeah, so I found a Verizon rival cell phone outside my house, and it hasn't been reported in the lost and found where I live. It was wet and won't turn on, and I figure whoever had it deactivated it or bought a new phone.
My question is, how do I go about using it as my own? Should I take it somewhere and get it activated? Should I contact verizon to get a replacement? And don't give me any bullshit about returning it. If they really wanted it, they should have reported it in the lost and found. =P That, and they shouldn't have been snooping around my house.
