hey i have unlimited texting and unlimited internet access no charge. but it said it charges my 11.94 total on my phone bill on megabytes downloaded. I havnt downloaded anything on the verizon applications or even used them. Is this because i downloaded songs from my computer on to the phone without using a sd card? please tell me why they are charging me

VERIZON SUCKS! THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL TOTALLY CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS YOU NEVER USE - Then when you call to ask about it, they are ignorant on the phone like it is your fault or something.
They SUCK and I am dropping them as soon as my contract is over with.
