i had a verizon 2 yr plan. i made the mistake of adding my brother to my plan and he ran the phone bill up. can i use the same phone and get it switched over to pre paid?
what would happen if i sold the phone before i paid the balance off. would the person who bought it be able to use it?

well you can only if you paid the balance off other than that you cant you cant change the phone if you didnt pay of the bill!!
